One aspect of menopause I
found daunting was my inability to stay asleep after about 3 AM. Hormone
replacement therapy helped, but the insornnia returned full force when
I stopped taking it. I tried drinking a glass of milk before bed, but it
didn't agree with me. Then I found a simple, inexpensive cure:
I take one or two calcium
tablets before retiring for the night. Not only do I now sleep well, I
feel calmer, and I believe my bones benefit too!
