- Take 1,000 mg. of Calcium daily.
- Eat foods high in calcium, such as nonfat yogart, fortified orange juice and sardines (with bones)
- Exercise with handheld weights for 30 minutes, three to four times a week.
- Cut back on alcohol, cigarettes and foods hogh in salt.
