If You're Too Pooped to Party

Perhaps the most miserable affliction that you can face on your va-cation is being too tired to enjoy it. All your buddies are good to go, but you can't drag yourself out of bed or off the lounge chair-even for a round of golf on a super course on a lovely day. 

Try this: Add a little ginseng to your kit. Better yet, start taking it before you leave. Ginseng comes in all different forms and poten-cies. Try one containing 100 to 125 mg of extract standardized to con-tain somewhere between 4 to 7% ginsenosides. If that doesn't make you feel more energetic in a few days, it's time to go back to the of-fice for a rest.
An herbal first-aid kit can be a real vacation saver-and at rela-tively little expense. Plan ahead and take along a supply of these natural remedies. You'll be glad you did.
